Division 21 is offering free memberships which include a free subscription to the top-tier journal, Journal of Experimental Psychology: Applied.

These offers consist of one year of free membership to (a) APA members who are not currently members of Division 21, and (b) Students. Students who become active in the Division during their year of free membership are eligible to apply for subsequent free years of membership.
